I would recommend Mrs. Adkins to anyone needing help with mental problems. She’s easy going and you will feel safe to talk about any issues because she’s nonjudgemental. Very relatable and offers real advice. Sometimes she will get off topic and that can take away from your session. I’d say she is worth visiting and seeing if she is a good match for you.

Typically, I use the Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach when working with patients to help my patients become aware of negative or inaccurate thinking patterns so they can better cope and respond to them in a more effective manner.
