    With a skills based approach, I teach you skills to manage your own life in a more effective way than you have been previous to counseling.

    All individuals have a right to fair and compassionate care regardless of financial means.  For this reason all services are provided on a sliding fee scale basis.  No insurances are accepted and individual therapy sessions begin as low as $20/session.

    Our dialectical behavioral therapy skills groups are an excellent way to promote personal growth and skill development while leveraging your time and efforts in a supportive environment.
