Kristin is absolutely fantastic. Pretty much every session with her is like a breath of fresh air. She has helped me dramatically improve my life. I’ve lost 80 lbs, I drink significantly less, I respect myself more and as such the people in my life also have started treating me better and enjoying my company more. But most importantly, she has helped me open my eyes to the unhealthy beliefs and behaviors I had been taught or assumed regarding myself and my relationships, especially with my family, and no matter where my life goes from here that is something I will always have. The process of redefining my interpretation of my own life and self has been invaluable and I can take those lessons with me into whatever lies ahead. Though I still have my downs, overall I am much, much happier and much better equipped to deal said downs than I was before finding help. I cannot recommend Kristin and therapy in general highly enough
