Care Philosophy

  • Kim incorporates all of her training as a doctor of physical therapy along with her extensive background as a medical yoga therapist in her treatment plans. A treatment with Kim may include yoga postures, flow, and breathwork to help her patients achieve recovery, and restore them to baseline as quickly as possible. Kim doesn't use heavy weights or bulky machinery during her sessions; she focuses on body weight movements, and incorporates every day household items, allowing her patients to continue to practice the things they learn during their physical therapy treatment. Kim believes that wellness should always be accessible.
