I've never really been one for doctors or taking a lot of medicines, but I had been feeling off for a few months and knew I had to do something. When I learned about the way less invasive naturopathic medicine a few weeks back, it sounded perfect for me. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Alston after having met with him a few times. I felt at ease from the very beginning of my appointment; the doctor was warm, professional, and seemed to know exactly what he was talking about. He then opened my eyes to a number of glaring problems in my diet and daily regimen, things that I didn't even realize were bad. I've been following his advice for the past few weeks and i already feel a lot better physically, plus I'm down about 5 pounds. I feel like Dr. Alston help put me on the right path. I'll definitely be following up with him soon, and will likely consult with him frequently in the future.
