Went there to get a referral to a specialist after the Emergency Room released me. After listening to me and my concerns he gave me a list of options and let me choose. Some insurance plans require the primary care physician to give a referral, and in the past some just had you come in, didn't even visit with you, and give you the referral. Dr. Bell was different and I really appreciate that.
