Dr Barnes is a positive life changer through holistic medicine. My first encounter, he released my constricted fascia (Gua Sha) before spinal adjustment (Chiropractic). Now he's doing hormone balancing acupuncture treatments (endocrine system) which alleviates the dependence on synthetic thyroid pills. After 2 hormone balancing treatments, 9 days without synthetic thyroid pills, I am more motivated, focused, energetic, and have better digestion. I stopped the thyroid med 4 days after my 1st treatment due to increased metabolism and heartrate.. I feel much better after 9 days without the thyroid pills. I have 2 more hormone balancing acupuncture treatments lined up. Dr Barnes advised me to get thyroid lab work about 1 month after starting these treatments, to monitor the levels and advised only periodic maintenance treatments after that. I'm hopeful to be done with thyroid pills and feeling sub-par for over half my life.
