Kelly has helped me through many stressful aspects of my life, helping me to discover more self-confidence, self-kindness, and self-trust (trusting my own gut and intuition). She has supported me during graduate school stressors, significant changes in my family of origin, job uncertainty, and in relationship stressors with my partner. I highly recommend Kelly-she is well-versed in helping people navigate the challenges, AND successes, of life!
