I have been going to Dr. Keith for 10 years, on and off. Anytime I get an “old man” injury from golfing, tennis, etc., I usually make my way over to Keith’s office for a Rolfing session. He never pushes any additional services on you, and genuinely seems to enjoy seeing you. His bedside manner is always good for a few laughs, and I suspect it is his way of getting you to relax, because the bodywork that he does, can be quite uncomfortable. The treatment works quickly and immediately. I’m usually “fixed” within a session or two. He has worked on my left knee, left/right shoulder, mid-back, neck, and lower back. All treatments have ended with a good result. If I could afford it, I’d go every month just for a tune up.
