I need to thank Dr Fridel for saving my sanity! I was losing my mind as a postpartum mom with a 2.5yr old and 9 month old. They could sleep- I could not! I suffered with insomnia brought on more likely by hormone changes from kids and breastfeeding that turned into insomnia induced anxiety when I couldn’t sleep. Three weeks of a plan in place to cut my insomnia it worked. I threw away all the melatonin and Benzos that I relayed on those sleepless nights. To any breastfeeding mom reading this- my insomnia went away completely when I stopped breastfeeding but with Dr. Fridel I was able to curb the insomnia and only have a handful of bad nights throughout the 19 months of BF my son. Life saver and can’t recommend him enough. (My son is now 2.5yrs old and I sleep like the dead- unless a kid wakes me up of course) :)
