Katie has a wealth of knowledge to offer about natural ways of healing. She has helped both my husband and I with different ailments. Recently I was feeling run down with a sore throat and headache. Through a method called bleeding (it's not as intense as it sounds, just a small poke on the edge of each thumb) it cleared a block in one of my meridians and I had almost instant relief. Same goes for headache. My husband was having severe hip pain and after one session he had relief! We love Katie!
