As we approach year 6 of being alive and a mom. Karyn Blanchard was an angel sent to be with us for the worst 9 months of our lives. Not a day goes by that my mom and I are not grateful for meeting her. I wasn’t happy about having a Dr that wanted me to speak. But it was what I needed. My first appointment was just an appointment and I was silent. But every appointment after I had looked forward to. I was alone in a state with a baby on the way and family members in another country. Karyn was not just a doctor but she was also an outlet I needed. I was high risk and I had the worst depression. Today I am a nurse with a 5 year old going on 6 April 27th. Because of Dr Blanchard I want to make a difference and be an outlet for mothers just like myself.
