I appreciate that Dr Bermudez takes the time to listen to what I have to say without making me feel like "it's all in my head", the way some other doctors do. It's also refreshing to me that he answers any of my questions and addresses my concerns regardless of how trivial they may seem. I truly feel that I have a say-so in my treatments and that I'm a part of the process. Maybe it's because he always asks if everything is ok before he leaves the room. I always feel better.
