Jessica is the most involved, focused, compassionate counselors I have ever visited. If I have a question or issue she will go to computer to find info with me, she often gives me list of actions or info to research, although I seldom complete them all but she continue to nudge me to keep working to complete, maybe reminding is a better description. This urging me to get results has been lacking with other counselors who discuss things with you, then you leave & that's all their is.
