Jessica is the facilitator of a group I attend. Her sessions are always well thought out, relevant and informative. She genuinely cares for her clients, she makes you feel welcome and that you are important part of the group. She is skilled at keeping the group on track and encourages all to contribute and share without feeling judged. I always end the group sessions feeling that I have either helped or been helped by another, understood, and grateful to be a participant. Dr. Block has a brilliant future ahead of her, I hope she chooses to stay in settings that offer help to others regardless of insurance. She is an asset to the mental health/substance abuse community.
