Ms. Barber, thank your feedback. You received two notifications, one system generated and the other a manual email, the day before the snow storm, which gave you the opportunity to cancel your appointment. A number of our clients took advantage of those notifications and cancelled, as was your choice. As you recall from our email exchanges, our office urged you to do what was best and safe for your family. No one in this office suggested that you risk your safety to keep an appointment.
