About Me

Care Philosophy
  • Hi! I am Dr. Jenny. I grew up Mandan, North Dakota, and attended undergrad at the University of North Dakota. I went to Palmer College of Chiropractic for Chiropractic school. After college I moved to the Twin Cities, and shortly after met Jeremy. Growing up, I was very involved in swimming, and received a scholarship to swim at UND. Swimming is a big reason of why I became a chiropractor. During my time at UND I noticed that a lot of my teammates were getting injured, but I never did. I shared this revelation with my chiropractor at the time, and he explained to me that since I had been receiving regular chiropractic care, my muscles and ligaments were much stronger, healthier, and recovered quicker. So I was less likely to be injured. I thought this was pretty awesome. Soon after I applied to Palmer College of Chiropractic. After college I associated for a few years before Jeremy and I decided to start Midwest Chiropractic and Wellness in July of 2013. In July of 2018, we had our first child, a daughter, Finley Marie. Following the birth of Finley, my passion was ignited to educate and encourage moms to have the birth story that they want. I want to support moms before pregnancy, throughout their pregnancy and postpartum to have the healthiest, and enjoyable experience.
