With upmost dignity and respect, I seek to listen deeply, with an open heart, wise mind and gentle sense of humor to help clients unlock and free what is causing pain in his or her life. I believe wholeheartedly that my clients are the sole expert in their own lives. I use an eclectic approach to therapy do not subscribe to a one size fits all approach. With training and practice in Zen Meditation, I have both personal and professional experience of the positive effect Zen Mindfulness practice can have on individuals and families. I enjoy working with couples who are struggling but committed; with parents struggling with teenagers and teenagers struggling with parents, or school and with Individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, or ADHD.
