Dr. Buchwald has completely changed my life. Before seeing her, my OCD caused intense distress that made it difficult to focus and interact with others. She has helped me to see that though OCD is real, the thoughts it generates are false. Though this disorder still causes a lot of pain, her tools allow me to remember that OCD is a master of deception and that the thoughts can’t hurt (even though they truly feel like they can). I highly recommend her to those suffering with OCD, though I am sure her expertise extends far beyond this disorder.
