I have been seeing Jeff on and off for about 7 years. He is attentive and sincerely interested in helping everyone overcome psychological issues. He is a pro at teaching how to forgive so one does not become bitter. Jeff is also good about assigning homework so one has something they need to do before coming to their next session. These assignments will encourage one to act on what has been discussed in the previous session. Jeff’s help has pushed me to implement his advice into my life.
