Jean Garrity Arnold, LMFT is the founding therapist of Palatine Ridge Counseling. Jean graduated from Northwestern University's The Family Institute and is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Jean's primary focus at Palatine Ridge Counseling is seeing couple's who are struggling with the aftermath of infidelity, financial strife, mental health issues or family of origin issues.
Jean also works in tandem with an adolescent therapist to provide family therapy and parenting support to parents and families of adolescents who are struggling with a variety of issues.
Jean is an interactive, solution-focused therapist for adults. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates research-based interventions with compassion and insight, to offer each client a highly personalized experience in therapy.
