Jasandra is kind and my child loves her telehealth visits with her. She is also improving in her stress coping skills and anxiety since beginning her sessions with Jasandra. However, the lack of communication with the parents about said sessions is incredibly disappointing. There is little feedback after each session, and it seems paramount that parents are included in the plan of care to continue with what has been learned and to carry out said coping skills. This may be due to the pandemic and telehealth style therapy but that cannot be used as an excuse. We have grown more and more frustrated with the lack of communication.
