Like the other reviews above, I have nothing but great Praise for Dr. Bala and her Staff!! I've had 3 different Optometrists over the past 5 years and none of them delivered like she did. She was very thorough in her exam and even though I was the last patient of the day (5:30pm appt), she never made me feel "rushed" took the time to make sure I was 100% happy with my new Contacts. I think I'm going to be a lifelong customer!! Finally!!!
