How likely are you to recommend James Ott?
I normally do not write reviews of this type. However, substance abuse is exceedingly rampant, and counseling is an important part of treatment, especially for those dealing with a family member who is addicted (as I now know). Initially, I could not subscribe to this type of care. It was just talk. Or so I thought. I could not have lived through everything that happened without Mr. Ott. Besides being very empathetic, he listened, understood and was able to provide practical/realistic advice.
