I moved the wrong way today. Something in my knee popped first: traveled to my lower back. The pain was so intense, I literally saw stars. The tears were uncontrollable. I couldn't walk. My friend drove me to Dr.Bell's office. He very carefully adjusted my spine. At one point just held my hand while I cried. By the time he was finished adjusting me, I felt like a new person. I can't thank him enough. I walked out on my own, I didn't need help. He really is the Best. I have been going to Chiro's all of my life. Some know how to adjust correctly, some don't. Dr.Bell is one that I would recommend with no reservations
