Amazing therapist, I loved working with her. She's empathetic and a great listener. She helps you build skills you can use throughout daily life to cope and heal. I especially love that, while she does largely let you steer the conversation, she doesn't just sit there saying "well, what do you feel is important to talk about today." She helps guide your thought trails and gives assignments to practice real-life, practical, sensory, somatic, and mental exercises that promote peace and well-being. A brilliant choice for anyone looking for a therapist who will proactively assist you on your journey to healing and have you be an active participant in it.
