I believe it is time to focus on overall health. In order to accomplish this, the body needs proper alignment of its musculoskeletal structure, particularly the spine, so that the body can heal itself without surgery or medication. Chiropractors use hands-on spinal manipulation and other alternative treatments and therapies in order to accomplish spinal alignment and restore mobility to joints restricted by tissue injury caused by a traumatic event, such as falling, repetitive stress, and etc.
