She was very knowledgeable, empathic but also didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear. She was honest in a way that wasn’t too much. Looking at a few of these reviews I’ve never had an issue with insurance nor payment as she accepts my insurance and in fact when I had an issue with my co-pay she told me not to worry about it.
