Halima took a measured and systematic approach while creating a physical therapy plan for me. I told her my symptoms, listened to what she told me to do, stuck to the plan religiously and ended up having profound results. The biggest thing I learned from our time together, was to never try and self-diagnose. She's the expert. Trust her and stick to the plan! It takes time and commitment, but the payoff can be huge.
