Dr. Kashgarian was an enormous help for me during the 3 years that we saw each other. Seeing him was my first experience with seeing a therapist, and he immediately helped me to feel at ease. I always felt heard and understood, and no matter what problem we were discussing in our sessions, I always felt that he gave it his full attention. He balanced validating how I felt and my experiences while helping me gain important perspective. Dr. Kashgarian was instrumental in helping me navigate the ups and downs that life threw at me in those years and I simply can't thank him enough. I don't know where I would be without his assistance.
