I initially sought Giovanna out during a period of extended depression, anxiety, and health emergencies following the loss of an important relationship. Even after dealing with those challenges, I continued to see Giovanna weekly for nearly five years. During our time together, Giovanna used her seemingly endless compassion and empathy as well as her astute insights to help me transform into a stronger, wiser version of myself. She helped me establish boundaries both personally and professionally, and created a safe safe for me to examine and heal past traumas. She also managed to keep me afloat during a series of rather turbulent life transitions. It's hard to imagine where I would be today without her support.
