I have had serious injuries do to military and she has been great in helping me get better. Always happy after leaving. Most entering office been irritated but left happy. She helped me right up to a major surgery and excited to be back to help with recovery.

Care Philosophy

Dr. G believes that being a doctor means being a teacher. She assists her patients in obtaining their health goals to maximize life experiences. Dr. G tailors her programs to her patients' history, life-style, work, and environment. Although many patients have the same symptoms, no two patients have the same needs and, therefore, the path to overcoming the challenges will be different - what works with one patient doesn't necessarily work with another.
Every patient's treatment regimen is customized to meet their needs to be successful, with no judgement. Dr. G also believes that by treating the caregiver, you treat the family and if you educate a patient, you educate the family.
Stretching, walking, and other movements are a key part of the balance of wellness. Instructions are demonstrated, reviewed, and updated as each patient's needs change.
Dr. G's 30 years of experience with applied kinesiology affords a unique insight into the nutritional and wellness of her patients.
