I was depressed, anxious and easily triggered after going through a traumatic experience. Dr. Dunkel helped me to feel safe with my own feelings and not judge them. She was always kind and thoughtful. I felt like she was really "there for me." Over the course of inner parts therapy, not only has my anxiety reduced and my mood lifted, but I have learned a whole new way of caring for myself when I'm feeling vulnerable emotions. I never expected my treatment to help me grow in this wonderful way. I have a new relationship with all of my inner parts of myself. I would recommend Dr. Dunkel to anyone going through trauma, anxiety, depression, really anything.
