Emily is an exceptional PT specialist who is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I initially had great difficulty ambulating from my vehicle to the Pivot office and after 3 weeks of intense and purposeful therapy, I'm able to walk with ease. There was never a waiting period and Amanda (receptionist) invariably greeted everyone with a smile and rapid response. She and Crystal (PT Assistant) explicitly explained their findings and each procedure throughout my therapy. I so appreciate their encouragement, professionalism, passion, and support. They pressed me hard to incorporate all of the exercises in my daily routine and that changed my life tremendously!
