She was able to add me onto her schedule at the last minute after experiencing a major tragic event. She was sooo patient with me as I struggled to communicate my issue. I highly recommend Ella for anyone that needs help and or a good shoulder to cry on.

As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist I will work work closely with you to develop new ways of thinking, challenge past patterns of old behaviors that are affecting you currently and keep you from feeling ``stuck.`` I bring a wealth of experience in motivating at-risk and resistant individuals. I work with adolescents, teens and adults, as well as family and couples counseling. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that involves your willingness to step out of your comfort zone to facilitate the change process from within.
