About Me
Care Philosophy

Beth White often provides care with survivors of interpersonal violence, sexual assault, accidents, combat experiences, natural disasters, chronic health issues, exposure experienced by emergency response personnel, and other stressful experiences. She is expert trauma treatment provider, proficient in all three evidence-based treatments for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in adults (EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy). Beth is also an Expressive Arts Therapist; promoting the use of creative expression in the healing process with clients who are open to more nonverbal expression. She maintains an integrative and humanistic perspective, believing in the inherent potential for growth and healing in each of us. Beth is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment in therapy, so that clients may feel secure in taking steps to reclaim their lives following adversity.
