Dr. Scafidi changed my life. Her approach to therapy sets you up to have an array of skills that you will take with you beyond the four walls of her office. She helps you understand what you may be going through, and helps you grow as a person mentally and emotionally. She is excellent at her profession and I would highly recommend her.
