Elizabeth helped me with a re-occurring tight IT Band issue. Several visits have loosened the area to the point of no more knee/lower leg pain. BTW this was my first foray into acupuncture ever. Elizabeth explained the history behind the methods and what was being done, to the point where she had my full trust. I am very happy to have found Elizabeth Heath.
