Elise has been a tremendous help for me and in the year I've been consulting with her, I've built a toolkit to help prevent relapses and/or to assess them when occurring. I still refer to this toolkit years later and I often find surprising how much what I've learned during my therapy sessions apply to so many elements of my life and creative work.
