This doctor was kind, patient, calm, knowledgeable, and very importantly good with my baby. We were referred after a couple doses of bronchiolitis in a row. A telling anecdote: It struck me as excellent when he held out his stethescope to my 9mo for her to examine before placing the foreign object on her little chest. He perhaps did that as part of an overall assessment of her wellbeing and sense of curiosity, but this still shows his sense of presence during our visit.
