I read the other review and I was shocked by it. She simply must of been having a bad day. I have dealt with Dr Chang for years now. She is by far the most patient, kind, and understand Dr Kaiser has in Fresno and Clovis. I have had over 50 biopsies and many Colposcopies. She is gentle and knowledgeable and is always concerned with my health. She takes me in her office to talk instead of sitting on the table with my legs up. Only positive things to say. Would never go to anyone else!
