Dr. Ortez was very patient with me on a day I was experiencing some real stress over neurological issues I was having. He listened to my concerns and it was clear he read my list of concerns carefully. He talked with me and my husband at length to reassure us that he was going to do everything he could to help me find out what was happening to me. Dr. Ortez arranged for tests and other services. His staff treated us well and thoroughly explained what test were being done and how it was going to go. I personally appreciate when a doctor is direct, states exactly what his experience says is the problem, and then follows up with tests (good science) to be sure. Dr. Ortez is on the ball and wastes no time getting to the answers. Thank you!
