Dr Comer is very forward with effective treatment. Remember you came to him for a change in your mental health, not to have him sympathize your moods. So, maybe the dysfunctional you will get your feelings hurt; he is going to ask you "how do you fell about that" and "why do you think that way." My experience is of reflection on self and coping skills; he guided me through the change in my perspective of life around and within me. There is no magic wand; you will have to be educable
