On my first visit to a VA clinic In Rancho Cucamong I found Dr Lao to be very professional, competent, friendly, asking me many questions, making recommendations, and even acknowledged my son who was in the room with me. His nurse was also very competent and friendly. I recieved excellent care from Dr. Lao.
