Dr Terry was my nephews Dr in NYC As my nephew treatment came to an end, Dr Terry advise us that he was relocating. It was very emotional for us I realized that we had been blessed to have had him in our lives when life was at its most fragile & frightening. He became a family member, realizing that our time with him had come to an end in a positive way, my nephew is now cancer is the epitome of bittersweet. Dr Terry we will be forever Grateful & Blessed to say you were our Doctor. The Perez O
