No wait times, you are seen within 5 minutes of your appt. time. The office is run well; calls are answered promptly with knowledgeable staff. Dr. Hartrich takes the time to call or message back thru the portal with results as soon as they come in. He has referred me to some excellent specialists when needed. Medication refills are easy. I've worked in healthcare forever and seen the good, the bad and the ugly. He is the best.
