I had an epidural steroid shot. Dr. Palmer took the time to speak with me prior to go over my symptoms, the procedure, and my questions. I really appreciated the care he took, he asked me questions about my symptoms that none of the 7 other providers I had seen for this problem had asked me. He really wanted to understand what I was feeling so he could help me to the fullest extent. I was in a lot of pain and it was difficult to get into a position that I could maintain on the operating table. Dr. Palmer was patient with me and with his staff, helped me get into a comfortable position. I respect people that lead by example, people that don’t see work as beneath them and leave it to their helping staff. I only felt the pinch of the needle applying the numbing and a little of the normal back pain with the injection. Dr. Palmer worked very fast and efficiently. He was able to get the injection in exactly the right place to alleviate my symptoms. Dr. Palmer, THANK YOU!
