Incredibly attentive. Easily reachable, especially if you use mychart. If I send a message, I know he'll email or call me, shortly to answer my question, or set up a referral if appropriate. Follows up and follows through. Integrative- a good combination of traditional medicine with a knowledge of alternatives (those vetted by studies).
