Dr. Welch is a fantastic psychiatrist. She's very good with medications, and believe me, I cannot say the same of other psychiatrists who have treated me. She's a keen diagnostician; probably the best I've encountered. She's a professor of psychiatry at F.S.U., so she keeps up with the research literature of her field. She has a very, very amiable disposition and she truly has a warm and caring personality, and again, I've rarely been able to say the same for other psychiatrists.
