Took over a month and 4 calls to office staff to call in a blood pressure medicine that I needed and the Doctor prescribed. Finally had to personally go in to the office and complain. Very poor office communication! My wife has Dr Laughlin for her doctor and her staff is remarkably on top of things and responds within 24 hrs or less for everything. Dr Sandeno deserves better as it’s a bad perception of him
